Turn off lights and fans when leaving the bathhouses and please keep the doors closed. No running, jumping or diving is allowed. Please keep the common areas free of trash. Occupancy for an interval period will not be allowed if the Member is in financial default outstanding maintenance fees, special assessments plus any portion of late payment penalties levied. Disorderly conduct, excessive use of alcohol, or any other intoxicating substance, drugs, and profane language will not be tolerated.
Any exception requires prior management approval. . Bicycles, Skateboards or any type of skates are not allowed on the sidewalks. Please clean up when using the guest room or other Resort facilities. Corresponding accommodation fee should be paid before customers can occupy them. All persons causing a disturbance or being a nuisance may be required to vacate the Park.
Refuse must be carried to the dumpster outside of the Exit Gate. No weapons of any type are to be used or practiced with anywhere on the premises including, but not limited to, firearms, pellet, B. The resort shall not be held liable for any loss of belongings. Throw all the trash in the designated trash bins including cigarette butts. Golf carts are allowed to be operated and all passengers must be safely seated at all times. Pet waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of in the dumpster outside the back exit gate. Sites must be kept neat and clean at all times.
Please, no lotions or oils in the pool or hot tub. Please let the office know if late arrival. Public pay phones are available near each pool. Guests will be held responsible for theft or damages to the unit during their stay. Additional occupancy fees will apply.
Quiet time is 10:00 p. Please be considerate of others. Guests are advised to take time to read all our general rules — located at the entrance of the resort, near the function hall and on the left side of the lagoon area. Only licensed motor vehicles shall be permitted on the Park premises. Please, no diapers in the pool or spas. Only legitimate outside patio furniture is allowed.
No animals or pets of any kind are allowed in the condominium units or anywhere on the Condominium property at any time. When children are known to be in the park, take extra precaution. All babies must wear swim diapers in the swimming pool. Minors operating bicycles must be accompanied by an adult ages 21 years or older and proper safety attire must be worn at all times. A violation could result in additional rent, and can result in removal from unit.
Management is not responsible for loss due to fire, theft, vandalism, or any other means nor are they responsible for accidents. Personal property safe is to be left unlocked when checking out. Pools are small and not well constructed moreover wave pool is not moving fast compared to other resort…. Please properly dispose of your cigarettes and cigars. The sidewalks and all of the common elements excluding patios, decks, and balconies must not be obstructed or cluttered or used for any purpose other than ingress and egress to and from the premises. Children under 14 are not allowed in the pool without a parent or guardian present.
You are requested to have these wristbands available when approached by our Security. The Park Owner shall have the power to waive this provision, where in his absolute discretion, he deems it appropriate. No smoking in the Pool Area. This shall include an obligation to keep the exterior of all living units in a clean and mildew free condition, to properly care for roofs, gutters, downspouts and exterior building surfaces or other exterior improvements clean and neat in appearance. Adult Hours Age 21+ are 8:00 p. Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times.
Although families are welcomed, many activities may not be suitable for those under the age of 21. Charcoal fires in grills will be allowed. Members or their guests are responsible for everything on the suite inventory sheet and must return a signed copy of this document to the Front Desk no later than the morning of the day after check acknowledging that the inventory is complete. Maintenance fees are due and payable on January 1st of each year. If a pet is a noise nuisance, offensive or dangerous, the Management reserves the right to ask that the pet be removed from the Park. Please think of your neighbors.
Disposal of hazardous waste, oil, fuel, etc. For inquiries and other concerns, the office is available for transaction from 8am to 5pm only. No alcohol or glass is permitted inside the pool area. Visible tattoos that could be considered inappropriate, such as those containing objectionable language or designs, are not permitted. All pets must be kept in your unit, or when outside, pet must be accompanied by their owner and be properly leashed 6 ft. No sign, advertisement, notice or other lettering shall be exhibited, displayed, inscribed, painted, or affixed, in or upon any part of the Condominium units or Condominium property by any unit owner or occupant without written permission of The Reef Association.
